Order Processing:
Please allow 3-4 business days to process your order. This allows us time to handcraft your item. We take our time to carefully pack all orders to ensure safe arrival to you.
Shipping:
All shipping is calculated by the weight of your order and the distance it needs to travel to get from us to you.
We do our best to find the cheapest shipping option for you and have developed several partnerships to get the best rates available.
Unfortunately FedEx, UPS and USPS have all raised their rates recently and shipping costs have gone up.
Orders over $75 can use promo code: FreeShip for free shipping
If you have any concerns or questions please sent us an email.
Local Pick-up is Available!
We are based in Fort Myers off College Parkway and local pick-up can always be arranged.
Since we don't have a traditional brick and mortar shop (yet), we use our friends at the Pack & Send at 8595 College Pkwy Ste 350. Pick-up can be arranged anytime during their normal business hours. Arrangements can also be made if you'd like to pick up your order at my next event.
When Checking out: Select Local Pick up in the shipping options. Please allow 24-48 hours for a pick-up confirmation before heading out to pick-up. Feel free to send us an email or add a note to your order if you have a specific time/date in mind and we will do our best to accommodate.
Returns
At this time we do not accept returns for any reason other than if the product is damaged in shipping.
If you do have an issue with your shipment contact us right away and we will do our best to make it right
If you feel there is another issue with our products please let us know. Feedback is always appreciated
